I am embarassed to say I cannot remember the exact date of Gary's passing. However, he is buried in Oak Grove Cemetary (I think - the one on Greenwood near Dodson)). He is buried about 100 ft. from my mother, so I will look at it and repost soon.

Gary graduated early with our class, despite a serious car wreck and brain injury (all on Cliff Drive). He had battled many addictions over the years, but was clean, sober, and crazy in love when he passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack.

He was the original "wild and crazy guy." I miss him....

Gary was the craziest funniest guy I ever knew, and my best friend growing up. We looked like Frick and Frack with me so tall and him so short. He had a laugh that would crack you up. When he laughed so did everyone around him. Gary was definately a brother from another mother. I lived at his house and he at mine so much I'm not sure if our folks were sure who belonged to who. He is definately missed.

I lived "two doors down" from the Caseys from infanthood until we moved a few blocks away when I was in 2nd grade (with Becky Jacobs in between our houses, and Ken Knight across the street). Though we lost touch after high school, I considered Jamie and Gary old, good friends, and I didn't know of Gary's passing until recently. It hurts.

Gary Casey died in 2000.  Can an administrator update the details in the "in Memory" section?  thanks
