Received BS Mech Engineering Tulsa University. Oil & Gas Industry 6 Years in Kansas/Oklahoma(Schlumberger). Then GM for a major construction materials manufacturer for 16 years in Dallas, Tulsa, Albuquerque and South Florida since 99'. I always wanted to be near the ocean. A few years after transferring to Miami, I went to work for an independant competitor.. much less bureaucracy so that I can enjoy the boating and beaches and weather down here. I think about you guys every winter when I'm in my shorts and I watch the weather reports for NW Arkansas. |

High School was a blast...for the most part. Lots of things to remember. Wish that I still had that 69' Mach I with the 8 track tape player... going to lunch every day was always interesting.
Flipping junior mints on the ceiling only to fall later in your hair or where you could step on them. I remember one of our classmates, getting a call on the PA system after lunch, seems he and a few others were abusing some substance in the school parking lot and "left their car running" after lunch.
"Herr Crossnos" class was always a hoot. We could watch the school streakers cut across the front lawn from their.
Ms. Dickson had to be one of my favorite teachers.."Don't confuse me with the facts, my mind is made up"
Was reminiscing a bit earlier, yes John Maynard, Ms. Phillips, our Chemistry teacher was a sort of "hot"...chem lab was a blast.
We were lucky to have alot of cuties that always made walking from class to class interesting. Assemblies, pep rallies, basketball games, cheerleaders, Dixie Belles....all great stuff... |
